Richard J. Plezia’s experience has also led to other lawyers seeking his help on their cases as well. Mr. Plezia’s experience has also led to his inclusion in certain invitation only trial lawyer groups that share the same goal of representing those clients in the jury system. He is a member of the American Board of Advocates, selected for membership in 2002 by both Plaintiff and Defense Lawyers. He is an active member in the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, a group dedicated to the lawyers that represent the rights of Texas’ families. He has testified on legal matters in both the Texas House and Senate on important bills that might affect consumers and families if passed. His legal expertise is also sought in the many continuing legal education programs and seminars provided to teach other lawyers and judges. He has spoken nationally and published his works in many legal articles and journals.
