Richard J. Plezia is a commercial pilot in single engine land and multi engine land aircraft. He also holds an IFR rating for instrument flight and maintains his currency and proficiency today. He is an owner of a Lance Turbo utilizing the freedom to fly into smaller airports to take depositions, collect evidence, or attend hearings to prosecute his cases. Such mobility has been a higher commitment to his cases and the ability to handle cases in remote areas of the country.
